When we were looking for a specialist we set as priority serious architectural education and competent approach. It is what Liubov has. She not only managed to cope with all the targets set but also posed herself as a secure and reliable professional. In case repairmen had any questions in regard to the architectural plan I have chosen the designer’s decision and not the repairmen’ one. And I was right. Today we still have been working together at my project of a private preschool premise. And I still think that Liubov has deep knowledge in designing of both residential and non-residential premises. She helped us a great deal with understanding a complex system of approvals of technical requirements. We would recommend her to our friends and other people: three families from our close circle have already chosen her to make a design for them. And nobody has complained so far. We can score her a firm ten.

We wanted to find not only a designer but an architect as well and that is why have chosen Liubov recommended by our friends, which we think is the most appropriate approach. Both our friends and we are satisfied with the quality of the services. Liubov was dealing with a vacant space without decoration in our apartment but she managed to implement all our ideas and offer a reasonable planning: now we live in a comfort and pleasant environment. And I also would like to highlight the adequate proportion of price and quality of this designer, she takes reasonable consideration for good job and we have been far from disappointment when chose her. We would of course advise Liubov to our friends and relatives who will think of renovations or buy new housing.

When we first met with Liubov my husband Aleksey surrendered saying that he may deliver full powers to the designer. And Liubov managed to independently anticipate any our desire and design an apartment of our dream. In the working process I could not always forecast the result, for example, when I saw a design of a clothes room (for the sake of which a part of a room was sectioned) I frightened a bit but decided to rely on a specialist and it proved to be a right decision. My abstract idea of a clothes room was embodied as if I did it myself and even better. Liubov proved to be a very pleasant person and attentive specialist. She independently selected all the materials for renovation and the only thing we had to do was to point what we like from the proposed options. She matched the colors which I wished and heard me when I said where I want more light and where less, thus managing to choose an ideal system of light in our apartment. My husband’s colleagues would recommend Liubov as a good designer to us and now we recommend her in our turn. During the cooperation we were quite surprised by both affordable cost of her services and a responsive approach, which for example means that Liubov told us about all the details of repairs in apartments where an allergic individual would live (our son has allergy for many materials) and chose non-sensitizing wall-paper for our apartment. We would not even think about it but for her. I would like to wish Liubov success in future job and prosperity and thank her for a sincere approach to the design of our apartment. It was very pleasant for us to cooperate with you.

I have been acquainted with Liubov for a long time since we work in the same construction sphere. But of course I was looking through the portfolios of other specialists. But I decided to choose Liubov because I liked both completed projects with modern design and personal attitude of the designer to the employer. I felt very cordial attitude. She always worried and cared whether she understood everything all right, whether her solution was appropriate, whether she took into account all the customer’s desires. There were some difficulties in the process due to a complicated configuration, geometry, certain zoning, and we had to decide how a wall shall be broken without damaging the project of a premise. There were troubles in mutual understanding with the repairmen: they came with the architectural plan, showed papers and said that it shall be made in another way. But Liubov has insisted that she was right, managed to cooperate with the brigade and found appropriate arguments for her solution. At this moment I felt happy that I had chosen more an architect than a designer. She made measurements herself, rationalized joints and other features which a designer without architectural education may not think about. I would not say that everything is ideal, Liubov lacks a little bit expertise in dealing with the engineering systems but it is a common problem of all designers with whom I have been working. I would score 9 out of 10 to Liubov’s work just to have space for further development. But again – I am very satisfied with the work done. Moreover I would advise Liubov to set higher prices for her services: in my opinion, her work and attitude cost more than she invoices. I will also write my wishes in SMS: our cooperation left wonderful impression and the addressee deserves personal words of gratitude!

The Vytkos, Maria and Aleksey, project of the total renovation of an apartment
As I can see almost everyone in his/her response notes that Liubov has architectural knowledge, and I also think that it is quite important. My husband and I had no clear idea of design of our apartment which we would like to get: we wanted total renovation of quite a small area of the apartment. We tried to figure some ideas on paper and sent them to Liubov. She proposed three options of completely another design, one of which seemed ideal for us, though we even had not thought in this direction. I would not say there were great difficulties during the repair works, we managed to avoid these aspects. Probably the designer took on communication with the repairmen and the troubles arising in this regard. It has been very comfortable to work with her: I indeed realized after such experience how important it is when a specialist understands deeply and precisely what you mean. We also avoided nerve-racking, endless approvals or uncertainty about what is going on in your apartment. That’s why I advise now and will advise in future this designer to my friends adding that she has a mark “tested by ourselves”. I would like to wish Liubov wide horizons in her career and the space for work and development, and I am sure she will be successful!

The Shakirovs, Tatyana and Ilshat, 4-room apartment in a newly-built house
When my husband and I were looking for a designer of our new apartment we looked through many portfolios but have chosen Liubov. We liked her style and the colors which she selects. I also like the tint of sea wave and restrained colors. We had no clear idea what apartment we want to get as a result: just beautiful, comfortable and warm. Liubov managed to hear us and create the design we have been happily living in since then. And it was eighteen months ago when she finished the project. I would like to note that the designer advised us where we should purchase home decoration materials after we had tried to do it ourselves and traveled much about the city searching for the options, looking at prices and collections. Finally we chose the company advised by Liubov. And we are happy with them. I have very positive impressions from our cooperation and we advised the designer to our friend Elena. The repair of her studio apartment has been already finished and she says she is quite happy! The apartment is small but experiences balanced arrangement. I think that everyone has perspectives for development that is why I would score 9.5 to her design work, though there is nothing to criticize. Well, just to have motives for development. Andrey Yupatov, projects of design for two offices
When I was looking for a designer of my office I wanted to find a specialist who will be able to create comfortable working space for me and my employees. In my opinion the designer was to release me from burden of decision-making, starting from idea, selection of decoration materials, selection of furniture and even cooperation with the repairmen. And I found all this in Liubov Polozhentseva. I was so happy about the first experience of cooperation with her that I decided to employ her for my second office design. Both tasks were far from easy: limited budget, inconvenient location and complicated configuration of the premise. But she did it! The designer managed to create beautiful and comfortable space for my employees and follow all my requirements. It seemed to me that Liubov treats employer with great attention and tries to invest part of her soul into the project in which she is engaged. I will of course advise her to all my friends or other people if they need a designer as a specialist whose services not only correspond to the price you pay (which is not a common practice) but who also will be pleasant and easy to cooperate with.
